About Me:

I believe God put me on this Earth to provide for, and spend as much time as I can with my family! My beautiful, caring, and compassionate wife of 19 years, Alesa, and THE three greatest children a father could ever imagine; Joey

(16,) Stephanie (16,) and Austin (11.) They are my entire lifeline and my most important reason that I continue to BREATHE! Some hobbies include Sports such as Hockey, Football, Baseball, Golf, Bowling, Poker (Texas Hold 'Em,) and of course, Pro Wrestling (Sports Entertainment,) I also enjoy "entertaining the masses" by either performing for the past 21 years as a sound system DJ for The Moving Music Machine out of Hamburg, NY or acting as a TV host for a local public access show in Buffalo, NY called "WrestleBlast TV!" My childhood dream was to become a sports play-by-play broadcaster but I am open to the idea of becoming a TV personality, game show host, or an actor for TV commercials locally, regionally, nationally, or (what the heck) WORLDWIDE!

Pro Wrestling Interest (Background):

I have followed the sport of pro wrestling ever since I was 4 years old. I used to watch the Saturday afternoon studio-wrestling shows from the NWF on WGR-TV Channel 2 and Maple Leaf Wrestling on CHCH-TV 11 in Toronto, ON; right through to the advent of cable TV from the WWWF on WOR-TV Channel 9 in New York and Mid-Atlantic Wrestling on the SuperStation WTBS in Atlanta, GA, as well the AWA Wrestling Federation from Minnesota which was show on ESPN during its infancy. I also was an avid viewer of Mid-South Championship Wrestling from Memphis, TN as well as World Class Championship Wrestling from Texas. I never bought into the marketing and merchandising of Pro Wrestling so I don’t have any of the toys and clothes and other wrestling paraphernalia the WW(F)E made famous. I never bought any of the videos or even the PPV events. I simply enjoy the drama and “build up” to the promotion of headlining wrestling events and the incredible Pro Wrestling athletes who make it all possible. When I was younger, I was horrified by the antics of wonderful wrestling characters such as Abdullah the Butcher, The Sheik, Tiger Jeet Singh, and even Waldo Von Erich, yet I really loved to watch them perform and when they came to the old Buffalo Memorial Auditorium in Buffalo, NY; I knew I was seeing something special. My favorite wrestlers growing up were Dominic Denucci, Ernie Ladd, Luis Martinez, Eric the Red, Andre the Giant, the Mighty Igor and The Fargo Brothers.

Currently, I have been given the honor of providing play-by-play commentary for some of the local independent wrestling federations in my area such as OSPW (Old School Professional Wrestling,) NWA-Empire, NWA-Upstate, and NEW (Next Era Wrestling.) I have also provided commentary and promotional material for the annual "Ballpark Brawl" outdoor Pro Wrestling show at Dunn Tire Park in Buffalo, NY and AWWL (All World Wrestling League) Big Time Wrestling from Detroit, Michigan for the area’s local ABC television affiliate, My TV 5. I have also played such characters such as “Captain Outrageous” and “Joey ‘The Bruiser’

Tenebruso” for "The Main Event," which is an annual professional wrestling show "with a message" as produced by The Bad Boys of Gospel; non-profit organization. My roles included performing as the in-ring announcer and play-by-play commentator for each of the “events.”

I believe that my announcing style stems from watching and hearing the greats such as Gordon Solie, Billy Red Lyons, Chuck Healey and Ron Martinez (Buffalo, NY,) and Lance Russell. I later enjoyed the hearing the “calls” from Bob Caudle and Jim Crockett Jr. as well as a young Vince McMahon Jr. I picked up many of my “traits” from most of the “traditional” play-by-play broadcasters but I also admire today’s announcers such as Jim Ross and Joey Styles. But without a doubt, the best wrestling announce team was Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby “The Brain” Heenan. I believe they are the measuring stick to which ALL wrestling announcers should strive for. I have interviewed such great wrestlers in the business such as, my personal favorite, Jimmy “The Superfly” Snuka (on three

occasions,) Jeff Jarrett, Dick “The Destroyer” Beyer, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Angelo “King Kong” Mosca, Dewey Robertson (aka: “The Missing Link”,) former WWE diva Sable, Samoa Joe, and Diamond Dallas Page just to name a few. The one elusive interview I have yet to have is with none other than the man I most admire in Pro Wrestling, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair. Hopefully, that day will come soon. I consider myself as a Pro Wrestling fan’s fan first and a broadcaster second. I believe that if I am having as much fun and enthusiasm in calling a Pro Wrestling match, that will reflect in the viewing enjoyment and heighten the roller coaster emotions from the wrestling talent to the wrestling fans, for the entire event from bell to bell. My enjoyment is not only watching the reactions from the fans at ringside as I “call” a match, but to make a Pro Wrestling event as much fun, informative, and as exciting, for the fans and for the wrestlers who take part in the events, by putting them “over” as much as I possibly can.

So to all the Bruise Marks out there, hop on board the “Bruiser Cruiser,”

enjoy the ride, and join me in unison as we shout to the top of our lungs, “BLACK AND BLUE, TO ALL OF YOU!"
